Burger King Chicken Fries – Everything You Need To Know

Burger King Chicken Fries are the best snacks ever! It’s like chicken and french fries combined into one delicious, crunchy snack.

It’s almost like chicken nuggets with french fries in them! They have been our favorite food on earth!

You can eat them with your hands, or you can tear off pieces of the chicken fry and dip it in your favorite sauces or ketchup! Either way, they are so yummy that you will get addicted to them.

Things you may not know about Chicken Fries

Although Burger King has been advertising its new chicken fries as a healthy alternative to its normal menu items, they may not be all that they are cracked up to be.

For example, while some of their breaded chicken strips have 200 calories and 11 grams of fat, others have 300 calories and 14 grams of fat (although it is worth noting that one serving contains 4 pieces rather than 5).

Also, some locations have reported selling out of their supply very quickly.

This seems to show that consumers are interested in having these on their menu, but only if they do not cost too much money.

It will be interesting to see how long Burger King can keep these on their menu before switching back to something else.

Is Burger King selling Chicken Fries?

Burger King recently released a new product called Chicken Fries, which are basically just fried chicken strips.

Most fast food items these days are a bit healthier than their predecessors, but BK’s newest addition is more unhealthy and calorie-rich than ever.

A serving of four Chicken Fries contains 530 calories, 21 grams of fat, 130 milligrams of cholesterol and 980 milligrams of sodium — almost twice as much sodium as your recommended daily intake.

The only redeeming factor about these fries is that they contain some protein and fiber. So if you’re craving something salty and fried, go for it! Just don’t order them every day or you might gain weight!

The secret behind Burger King’s chicken fries: Burger King has managed to keep its recipe for Chicken Fries a secret since launching in September 2010.

Are Burger King chicken fries discontinued?

According to a fast food fan site, Burger King has discontinued its famous chicken fries. They say that because of supply problems and lack of public interest, BK has dropped them from their menu.

If you really want chicken fries, you’ll have to stock up on those last batches before they’re gone for good.

A few people are reporting that they can still find chicken fries in some locations. But if you see them, get ‘em while you can! The same source says that there is no plan to bring back chicken fries soon. Although we haven’t been able to confirm it ourselves yet, we wouldn’t be surprised if it were true: After all, why would Burger King introduce new items when it already has so many hit burgers?

How to prepare for eating chicken fries

You don’t really need to prepare yourself for eating chicken fries, since they’re designed to be eaten right away. But it can’t hurt to brush up on some facts about BK chicken fries just in case you are taken by surprise.

They’re a relatively new menu item, so chances are you probably haven’t seen these tasty treats in-person before!

Actual Recipe for chicken fries (yes, this exists)

Ingredients – 4 ounces of chicken tenders – 1 cup all-purpose flour – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 1 egg, beaten with 2 tablespoons water – 2 cups panko bread crumbs, plus more for coating – Vegetable oil for frying. Directions: Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.

Coat chicken in flour, dip in egg wash and coat evenly in panko bread crumbs; set aside. Heat about an inch of vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer reads 350 degrees F.

The current market price of chicken fries

Approximately 8 dollars. You can purchase these chicken fries at any Burger King near you! Order them while they’re still hot, or wait and cook them when you get home! My favorite way to eat these is with an apple sauce dipping sauce.

(It looks like Thousand Islands dressing.) I like to dip them into ranch dressing as well. My favorite food as a kid was always French fries, but now I have one more reason to love it: chicken fries! These tasty little treats are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The best part about chicken fries is that you don’t need a fork to eat them; just pick up your fry with your fingers and bite down on it. They also come in several flavors, such as BBQ, buffalo, cheddar cheese and sour cream & onion.

Don’t worry if you miss out on some of these flavors because they rotate throughout different stores, so there will be another chance for you to try them all!

Safety concerns surrounding chicken fries

Following a series of Food and Drug Administration warnings to restaurants offering chicken fries, Burger King is issuing a voluntary recall of its product.

The FDA has found reason to believe that improperly coated chicken fries may contain salmonella, a bacteria that causes food poisoning.

Chicken fries must be treated in order to prevent contamination; however, it is possible that current suppliers have not done so properly. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms after eating chicken fries, please contact your doctor immediately.

Is Burger King chicken fries good?

Yes! Burger king chicken fries are good.

To put it simply, Burger King’s fried chicken strips look, taste and feel exactly like what you’d get at any other fast-food joint.

They’re all-white meat with crispy edges, and they even have that same salty hint of msg found in every McDonald’s chicken nugget.

Other than being fried a little less dark than your standard McD’s nugget (they’re lighter in color), these BK nuggets look and taste just like their competitor’s creation.
