Outback Menu with Prices 2023: (updated)

While Outback might have a steakhouse in its description, it still qualifies as one of the top US restaurants when it comes to healthy foods. With the sheer number of items on the menu, everyone will need a menu to determine what they should eat at the steakhouse.

The menu provided on the website should work, but it doesn’t include the prices. Also, any information on the healthiness of those foods is purposely omitted to encourage you to order without restrictions. However, since we want you to eat exactly how you want, we don’t do that here.

In this article, I’ll show you the Outback breakfast menu and how much the items cost. Also, you’ll learn what I think about each item to give you tips on how healthy they are and how delicious they taste to help you make a decision.

Outback Steakhouse Breakfast Menu

In case you were wondering, Outback doesn’t offer breakfast to customers, since they don’t have a breakfast menu, to begin with. The steakhouse opens by 11:00 am a time that happens to coincide with the exact time when most of US restaurants start to serve items from their lunch menu.

If you’re looking for an excellent breakfast outlet, you should consider looking beyond Outback. While some of the restaurants in the chain offer some delicious meals that aren’t steaks, none of them are currently in the breakfast business yet,

Also, with the recent outlook of events within the restaurant chain, it doesn’t seem like they’re trying to incorporate breakfast into their menu. So, it would be safe to say that hoping for Outback Steakhouse to start serving breakfast to customers someday is wishful thinking.

Outback Steakhouse Lunch Menu with Prices

Outback is a steakhouse, so it’s only natural that they do not open until it’s time to start serving lunch. However, if you thought the unavailable breakfast will make lunch available earlier, you’ll be mistaken, since the steakhouse chain still maintains the regular lunch schedule for most US restaurants.

Most Outback Steakhouse outlets open by 11:00 am and they start serving lunch as soon as they open. While that isn’t terrible per se, it’s just normal to expect a bit more from a restaurant that does nothing for the entire duration of the morning.

With that said, Outback compensates for the late opening time with some delicious items on the lunch menu. In addition to the excellent steaks that you typically get at the restaurant, there’s a fine selection of salads and sandwiches to help make your day.

Here are some of the items on the Outback Steakhouse lunch menu and how much they cost.

  • Baked Potato Soup

You only get this kind of treatment at Outback Steakhouse, nowhere else. There are only a few things better than enjoying a cup of potato soup on an afternoon with an equally delicious side. You can get the baked potato soup in a cup or bowl at $4.49 and $5.99 respectively.

  • Aussie Chicken Cobb Salad

The Aussie Chicken Cobb Salad is one of the most elaborate meals at Outback, made from fresh greens, chopped boiled eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and a whole lot of other ingredients, including crispy chicken. It isn’t inexpensive, with the dish going for $13.79.

  • The Outbacker Burger

The burger isn’t Outback Steakhouse’s thing; they’re better off making grilled chicken and filet strips. However, you’ll want to rethink that fact when you taste the insanely awesome burger that sells for only $9.99 at the restaurant. With lettuce, tomato, and onion toppings, it’s one of the best ideas for lunch at Outback.

  • Ribeye

If you’re a fan of ribeye steak, it doesn’t get any better than what Outback offers. The steak is juicy and well-marbled and is my favorite option for lunch if you’re willing to look past the expensive price. The item costs $25.79, which is plenty but not excessive for a good steak.

  • Alice Springs Chicken

Who wants ribeye when you can get delicious grilled chicken for a lot less? The Alice Springs Chicken on the Outback Steakhouse menu consists of chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and crispy bacon. It’s usually served with Aussie Fries and the entire package doesn’t cost over $17.79.

  • Tilapia with Pure Lump Crab Meat

If you’re not entirely opposed to the idea of trying out new seafood, you may want to have a taste of this dish. It’s not particularly delicious, especially for someone who doesn’t fancy fish like me. You get this dish with mixed vegetables for good measure and it sells for $17.99, which is a great price for what you get.

  • Perfectly Grilled Salmon

It doesn’t check out to dine at Outback for years without trying their perfectly grilled salmon at least once. When you order this dish, you’ll spend too much time wondering how some people could make such delicious seafood steak, while keeping the prices at $17 only.

Outback Dinner Menu

There’s considerable overlap between the lunch and dinner menus at Outback. Some outlets even offer you the option to order using the dinner menu in the afternoon. After 4 pm, however, it’s usually impossible to use anything other than the dinner menu.

The items on the dinner menu include almost everything we’ve listed above for lunch, as well as some other inviting foods like pasta and grilled pork chops. There might be significant differences between the dinner menu across restaurants, so be sure to ask for a menu before ordering.

Conclusion

Who doesn’t love a generous serving of well-done steak? If that person isn’t you, you’ll find almost everything on the Outback menu inviting, since it’s technically almost all steaks and salmon. If all you want for lunch is a burger, this steakhouse also offers some decent options.

In this article, I’ve outlined most of the best items on the Outback menu with their prices. Also, I’ve clarified what’s up with their breakfast and dinner menus and why you can’t simply walk in before 11 am to get breakfast.
